    Mal eine ganz vage Theorie. Was ist wenn man den Bereich Ausbaut um vom Haupteingang einen Weg in den Park zu ermöglichen um den Bereich Berlin in Zukunft zu überarbeiten und ggf. zu sperren. Die neuen Gebäude könnten bestimmte Angebote in Berlin ersetzen und Baumaßnahmen in diesem Bereich wären möglich.
