Eine gut befreundete Familie hat mir zu meinem Geburtstag als Geschenk eine Übernachtung im Matamba mit 2 Tagen Eintritt gebucht. Termin 6. und 7. September 2017. Das ist quasi in 2 Wochen. Bis heute hat sich das Reisebüro noch nicht gerührt bzgl. der Unterlagen. Telefonische Nachfrage von meiner Bekannten und eine e-mail von mir führten bis jetzt zu keinem Ergebnis.

 

Gibt es Erfahrungen im Forum bzgl. Buchung über ein Reisebüro für so ein Paket?

Hat jemand Erfahrungen bei einer Buchung über ein Reisebüro?

 

Lt. Google sollen Reiseunterlagen von einem Reisebüro etwa 14 Tage vor der Reise verfügbar sein.
