In unserer Firma verzichten wir beim Gehalt auch auf die Cent Beträge. Die werden gesammelt und gespendet. Im "schlimmsten Fall" sind das nicht mal 12 Euro im Jahr. 

Ich hab das früher auch wie du gemacht und darauf verzichtet beim Einkauf die Cent Beträge zurück zu nehmen. bis ich dann furchtbar Hungrig nach einem langen, langen, sehr langen Arbeitstag am Kölner HBF stand und mir 2 Cent gefehlt haben für ein Brötchen. :D 

Eigentlich dürfen die Mitarbeiter aber kein "Trinkgeld" annehmen. Daher wäre so eine Spendenidee  ganz nett.
